Consent to the processing of personal data

 

You hereby grant your consent to the company Tuhaň 29 s.r.o., with its registered office at Krátká 2465/2, 100 00 Prague 10, ID: 04645154, registered in the public register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague, section C 251360 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), that in accordance with the regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on personal data protection) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") processed the following personal data:

  • name and surname

  • Company name

  • e-mail

  • telephone number

  • date of birth/passport number for foreigners

  1. Name, surname, company name, telephone number, e-mail, date of birth and passport number can be processed based on your consent and must be processed for the purpose of providing the requested services, namely the organization of the event, the rental of premises, accommodation and related services. These data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 6 years.

  2. You give your explicit consent to the above processing. The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to the contact details of Tuhaň 29, s.r.o.

  3. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator, but the following processors may also process personal data for the Administrator:

  4. Providers of processing software, services and applications that are not currently used by the company. 

  5. Please note that under the Regulation you have the right to:

  • withdraw consent at any time, with the exception of information that the processor is obliged to keep due to applicable legislation (e.g. guest book)

  • request information from us about what personal data we process, request a copy of this data,

  • request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,

  • request us to delete this personal data,

  • on data portability,

  • file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or go to court.
